St. Vincent releases her sixth album, Daddy's Home, on May 14, 2021, via Loma Vista. The record follows 2017's Masseduction and was produced by Annie Clark with Jack Antonoff.

Daddy's Home dives into 1970s New York, with soul, glam rock, funk and piano ballads. The lyrics deal with fame, family, prison and motherhood, with a looser, more narrative approach than on her previous records.

Pay Your Way in Pain and The Melting of the Sun opened the rollout. The album was received as one of Clark's most personal and eclectic works, with warm production and a persona that revisits the past without easy nostalgia.
