FKA twigs released her third studio album, EUSEXUA, on January 24, 2025, via Young. The record follows 2019's Magdalene and was introduced by its title track, released months earlier.
The album draws on rave culture and club music without abandoning the airy voice and atmospheric construction that have defined Tahliah Barnett's career. The beats carry more weight and speed, while synthesizers and samples build suspended textures.
Koreless and Eartheater are among the collaborators on the title track. When announcing the project, the artist described it as an attempt to capture the feeling of transcendence experienced on the dancefloor.
EUSEXUA arrives a few years after Magdalene and the 2022 mixtape Caprisongs, deepening her engagement with dance music while keeping her experimental edge.
